Terms of use
Last updated: 22 July 2026 · Early access version
1. The service
Otone is software that answers business phone calls with an AI assistant, records booking/appointment requests and delivers them to the business dashboard. By using the service you accept these terms.
2. Early access
The service is currently in early access: features may change, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed and the service is provided "as is". Material changes are announced on this page and by email.
3. Your account and accurate information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when setting up your business account (opening hours, capacity, contact details). Otone makes availability and booking decisions based on it.
4. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful activity, misleading promotion, unsolicited or automated calling (spam), or in ways that infringe third-party rights. Where such use is detected, the account may be suspended with notice — or immediately in cases of serious abuse — or terminated.
5. Data
How personal data is processed is set out on the Privacy page. Business data belongs to the business; on termination it is exported and deleted upon request.
6. Limitation of liability
Save for rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law, Otone is not liable for indirect damages (lost profit, loss of reputation, indirect loss arising from data loss). During early access, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding three months (or a nominal amount where the service is free).
7. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the current version always lives on this page. Questions: hi@otone.tech
